Element Committee reviews Sketch Plans and chooses one option to be developed
as the Preliminary Plan. Goals, Objectives and Policies are refined to
support the Preliminary Plan.

Status: The Element Committee completed this task on October 19,2002. Little support was garnered for the "Current Trends" scenario. Committee members generally supported features of the "Neighborhood Unit Development" scenario and selected features of the "Transit Oriented" scenario.
