Statement of Policy
The Jefferson Parish Finance Authority is making loans to all homebuyers through local lending institutions. All persons wanting to reside in Jefferson Parish, including women, minorities and persons of low and moderate income are encouraged to apply for these loans which are available to all who qualify. No discrimination or preference will be tolerated. Anyone who feels that they have been discriminated against or feels that others have been given undue preference should report this immediately to the Jefferson Parish Finance Authority.

Residence must be owner occupied & located in Jefferson Parish.

Only limited money is available from the Jefferson Parish Finance Authority and applications will be accepted on a first come-first served basis. Prospective borrowers must have a purchase agreement and apply at an approved lending institution.
