Applications

The Old Metairie Commission (OMC) conducts public hearings on land use matters in the Old Metairie Neighborhood Conservation District. The cases listed in the table below have either been scheduled for an upcoming OMC public hearing or have recently been heard at an OMC public hearing. 

At the OMC public hearing, the OMC may make a recommendation on the case or it may choose to defer the case to a future OMC public hearing date.

A report summarizing each case and the Planning Department’s recommendation will be available on this webpage beginning on the Monday before the OMC public hearing. For cases that have had an OMC public hearing, the OMC recommendation is noted in the table.
