Staff reports for the PAB will be available beginning on the Monday before the PAB public hearing until about a week following the PAB public hearing where the PAB makes a recommendation on the case. At that time, the staff report will be available on the Council Staff Reports webpage.
At the PAB public hearing, the PAB may make a recommendation on the case or it may defer the case to a future PAB meeting. The PAB Public Hearing dates listed in the table below are for the next scheduled PAB public hearing for each case. For cases that have had a PAB public hearing, the PAB recommendation is noted in the table.
Occasionally, Planning staff will revise a report prior to the public hearing. After the revised staff report has been submitted to the PAB, it will be added to the table with the date of revision noted. The original staff report and any prior revisions will remain available.
