The Terrytown Neighborhood Revitalization Pilot Program is an initiative spearheaded by Jefferson Parish and JEDCO to revitalize existing housing stock, encourage the development of needed housing choices, and improve neighborhood amenities, infrastructure, and more in Terrytown. From the development of architectural guidelines and new model houses to zoning changes and bike paths, a broad suite of actions are being taken to provide enhanced quality of life for Terrytown’s existing residents and new families.
