JEFFERSON PARISH GOVERNMENT OFFICES CLOSED ON MONDAY, AUG. 30th

Parish President Provides Ida Update Today at 5PM

JEFFERSON, LA – The Jefferson Parish Administration, along with the Emergency Management and Public Works Departments, continue to closely monitor Hurricane Ida and are ready to respond accordingly. Parish offices will be closed on Monday, August 30, 2021.

Jefferson Parish President Cynthia Lee Sheng will hold a press conference today, Saturday, August 28, 2021 at 5 p.m. to discuss preparations in place for Hurricane Ida. The public is encouraged to tune in live on JPTV (Channel 6 on Cox and Channel 99 on AT&T Uverse), the Jefferson Parish website at www.JeffParish.tv/live or the Jefferson Parish Facebook page at www.facebook.com/JeffersonParishGov.
