LANE CLOSURE
W. ESPLANADE AVENUE
Right Lane Eastbound at Cleary Avenue

JEFFERSON, LA – Starting Friday, February 12, 2021 at 4:00 p.m., the right eastbound lane of W. Esplanade Ave. will be closed at Cleary Ave. on a continuous basis. There will be no access to/from Cleary Avenue.

Motorists traveling eastbound on W. Esplanade should use the available lane. Motorists traveling northbound on Cleary Ave. should turn right on Melvil Dewey Dr., then left on Courtland Dr. to W. Esplanade Ave. Motorists traveling southbound on Cleary Ave. should turn right from W. Esplanade Ave. to Richland Ave., then left on Haddon St., and then turn right to Cleary Ave.

This closure is necessary for right lane paving on W. Esplanade Ave. at a cost of $3.6 million dollars. Work is scheduled to be complete by Thursday, February 18, 2021 at 6:00 a.m., weather permitting.
