The COVID Compliance – See It, Say It Form has been activated for you to report all your concerns with local businesses.  We will collect your complaints and work with our partner agencies to have them addressed. In addition, we have reassigned our Quality Control staff members to visit reported businesses with best practices materials to facilitate compliance. Please note that the Louisiana Office of State Fire Marshal handles enforcement.
