Jefferson Parish has partnered with Paystar to offer its citizens an improved online payment experience. The Jefferson Parish Water Department has transitioned the Online Utility Services Payment System to Paystar. Click PAY MY UTILITY BILL to create or log into the new customer portal and update your preferences for utility bill payments. If you are currently enrolled in AutoPay for utility payments, your account will stay enrolled through Paystar during the transition. Benefits for the new Online Utility Services Payment System include:

• Payers can quickly find their utility account and balance due with just a few pieces of information from their bill. You can simply submit a payment or create an account to access additional features.

• All payment flows are designed mobile first so you can easily make a payment from anywhere.

• Payers can manage multiple accounts, enroll in AutoPay (card or bank), view payment history and eBill, manage payment methods and get notified through email or text.

• There is no fee when paying with banking information online; however, there is a small service fee to pay by credit card.
