DEPARTMENT OF PROPERTY MAINTENANCE, ZONING QUALITY OF LIFE
ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF SWEEP

JEFFERSON, LA – The Jefferson Parish Department of Property Maintenance Zoning Quality of Life conducted a sweep in Council District 4 on Thursday, June16, 2022. The streets included in the sweep were Michigan Ave., Minnesota Ave., 25th St., 26th St., and Westgate St. Property Maintenance issued twenty-one citations to properties for various violations, including structures in disrepair, high grass and weeds, and junk and debris. Eight vehicles were tagged for removal.
