FREE MOBILE COVID-19 TESTING IN GRAND ISLE

There will be a separate line available for 65 years and older

JEFFERSON, LA – On Friday, August 14, 2020, there will be free mobile COVID-19 testing in Grand Isle at the Grand Isle Community Center, 3811 Highway 1, Grand Isle 70358 from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.* Free walk-up testing is available to anyone who wants to determine his or her COVID-19 status. Testing is available to individuals, age 2 and older. There will be a separate line available for 65+.

Members of the community who wish to be tested should bring a form of identification and insurance card, if applicable. There are no out-of-pocket costs for those seeking a test and no one will be turned away based on their insurance status.

*This testing site will remain open until all 150 test kits per day have been utilized.
