JEFFERSON PARISH GOVERNMENT BUILDINGS CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC

CITIZENS SHOULD PAY WATER BILLS ONLINE, BY PHONE, DRIVE-THROUGH OR IN NIGHT BOX

JEFFERSON, LA – All Jefferson Parish government buildings are closed to the public; however, departments continue to handle essential business by phone, email or by appointment on an as-needed basis.

Citizens should pay their water bills online at www.JeffParish.net (click HERE), by phone or by using the Terry Parkway Drive-Through service, which is located at 721 Terry Parkway (Drive-Up Hours: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.). Citizens can also make payments by dropping a check or money order into the night box located at 4500 Westbank Expressway and 1221 Elmwood Park. Make remittance payable to “Jefferson Parish Department of Water,” enclose remittance and stub portion of bill in an envelope and write account number on check. Cash will no longer be accepted. If a resident’s only method of payment is cash, then they should call customer service at 504.736.6060 to make arrangements.

The order is set to expire at the end of the night on Sunday, April 12. The Governor will re-evaluate the need for the statewide Stay at Home order and other mitigation measures to determine if they need to be extended beyond April 12.
