LANE CLOSURE
METAIRIE HAMMOND HIGHWAY
Between Carrolton Avenue and Seminole Avenue

JEFFERSON, LA – On Tuesday, October 3, 2023, between the hours of 4:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., the westbound lane of Metairie Hammond Highway, between Carrolton Ave. and Seminole Ave., will be closed. Westbound traffic will detour by turning left onto Carrolton Ave., right onto Live Oak St., and right onto Seminole Ave.

This closure is necessary to install sculpture/signage at a cost of $60,000. Work is scheduled to be completed by Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at 3:00 p.m., weather permitting.
