ROAD CLOSURE:
WEST ESPLANADE AVENUE BETWEEN TRANSCONTINENTAL BLVD. AND LIME ST.

JEFFERSON, LA – Starting Saturday, October 1, 2022 at 6 a.m., both eastbound lanes of West Esplanade Ave. between Transcontinental Blvd. and Lime St. will be closed. Motorists will detour by turning right on Transcontinental, left on Veterans Blvd., and left on Clearview Pkwy. to return to West Esplanade.

This closure is necessary to install a concrete drain pipe as part of an ongoing $6,541,975 drainage improvement project. Work is scheduled to be completed by Saturday, October 1, 2022 at 6 p.m., weather permitting.
